There is a step on entry. To avoid this, please park in the rear car park and phone us on 6437 1331 and we will come to you.

Look for the Lame Penguin with a Crutch; and the two seagulls on the side wall (stand in front of one to grow wings).

  • Payment at the time of service please, cash or card.

In emergencies, sick or injured animals will receive first aid, but payment is required ASAP. Account Fees apply, as do Over-due Payment Fees, and should a client's account be sent on to a Collection Agency, then all costs so incurred will be added to the client's account, to become due and payable by them.

We can direct you to Vetpay which if used correctly can provide a recuring credit for a veterinary procedure for each and any of your animals. If you have a Centrelink income, you can ask the RSPCA about financial help for urgent cases and for desexing.

Gift vouchers, payment in advance, or attention to multiple animals (e.g. vaccination, microchipping or desexing a litter) may allow discounts. Ask for details from Reception.
