We always keep them at least a week, for quarantine to ensure good health, and to get to know them. We deworm, de-flea and cosset them.  Then they are desexed, microchipped, litter-trained, temperament screened and given their first vaccination. 

After that,  they need space and love and playmates and food and toys and you!
