We encourage payment at the time of service please. In emergencies, sick or injured animals will receive first aid, but payment will be required ASAP. Account Fees apply, as do Over-due Payment Fees, and should a client's account be sent on to a Collection Agency, then all costs so incurred will be added to the client's account, to become due and payable by them.
Clients established on our files receive a 5% discount for Veterinary Services.
Members of our Puppy or Kitten Wellness Schemes receive further discounts throughout their first year of ownership, and clients can prepay agreed amounts at regular intervals over 6 - 8 months so that their growing pets can receive check-ups, wormers, nutritional supplementation, vaccinations, desexing and microchipping on time.
Gift vouchers, payment in advance, or attention to multiple animals [as when we vaccinate, microchip or desex a litter] may also allow discounts. Ask for details at Reception.
